Water is an essential part of your diet. It helps you stay hydrated, and it’s necessary for many bodily functions. We all know that we need water to survive, but how much do we really need to Drink Cool AS? The general rule of thumb is eight 8-ounce glasses a day. If this sounds like a lot, then remember that 16 ounces equals one pint or two cups. You can even break up the intake into smaller amounts throughout the day in order to get closer to your goal!
There are many benefits of drinking water. It can help you lose weight, it boosts metabolism, and it’s full of nutrients that your body uses to function properly. Water also helps flush out toxins in the body which is important for your organs like the liver, kidneys, colon etc.
It may seem hard to drink so much water every day but if make a plan then it will be easier! Try filling up several bottles throughout the week with tap or filtered water and keep them at work or even take one on an outing with you so that there is no excuse not to bring some along wherever you go. You could set reminders on your phone as well just simply pick times during the hour when you remember needing something refreshing before (like lunch) this way each time you go you will remember to take a bottle with you.
There are some other ways that help as well such as getting rid of the carbonation in soda and adding fresh squeezed fruit juice, lemon or lime which can be especially refreshing during those hot summer months! Another great tip is freezing your water into ice cubes so they last longer and if there’s any left over after an outing then it makes for a nice cold drink the next time around. There really aren’t many downsides to drinking more water but sometimes we need reminders about taking care of ourselves first before our responsibilities build up and make us forget all together! So start today by setting small goals like one extra glass per day until you’re at eight glasses every single day from now on…
